Usellit4free.com, Inc. (USiFF) auction concept was developed in early 2005, after the founders, Rene and Teri Holliday, had a family member pass away. In looking for ways to raise money for the services, Rene and Teri offered to auction some of the family member's household items on ebay. They went online and listed these items.

Rene has been buying and selling items on ebay since January 1999. Until this time, Rene never had an unsuccessful auction. Rene did not realize the cost involved with unsuccessful auctions. It took two unsuccessful auctions and an invoice of $56.00 to learn.

Rene and Teri knew there had to be a better way to run an auction site without all the up front and unsuccessful auction fees. Over the next few evenings, they came up with a new way to run an online auction site. The new auction concept in fact, is very simple; auction fees, if any, are only charged when an item sells successfully. Why should a company get paid for unsuccessful auctions?

Usellit4free.com, Inc. was born, an efficient online auction service for the global marketplace.

Usellit4free moved away from the traditional auction concept of charging up front fees. This auction system is unique and will challenge our competition well into the future. Our goal is simple; provide customers a cost efficient means to trade and auction items globally. When Usellit4free's customers have an unsuccessful auction, Usiff is not providing a service. Therefore, our customers do not pay. Our motto; "U don't sell - U don't pay - It's that easy!"
