We have listed the top 10 daily deal websites. One thing for sure, these deal of the day websites have real savings! We did the research, reviews and found savings on all of these top ten deal of the day websites. These reviews were completed during the final week of December 2009. If you know a better deal, let us know and we will update this list.
#1 eBay Daily Deal
We gave eBay's daily deals our highest ranking. Every day eBay offers items from trusted sellers who offer huge discounts, on average 20% to 90% off the retail price. We also loved that all the daily deals offered free shipping, which made it that much easier to rank eBay's dailydeals number one. Keep in mind that the other sites that we reviewed did offer free shipping, but not on all items.
eBay's Daily Deals are updated at least once a day at 8 a.m. Pacific Time. eBay will replace Daily Deals once an item is sold out, you will see a message that says, "added 2 hours ago" to let you know that this is a new daily deal.

Amazon's Deal of the day ranked number two in our top ten deal of the day websites. If Amazon offered the "free shipping" on all of these daily deals it would of been a tie for the top spot.
We found Amazon's deal of the day items were 40% to 90% off retail. You can find anything at Amazon's deal of the day bargains. Amazon is not just a book store.
The shipping prices varied on the deal of the day items, so make sure you check out the shipping fees. We did find a few deal of the day items that offered "Super Saver Shipping FREE on Orders $25 and Over (some restrictions apply)" and the items that didn't have this free shipping option, only charged a small fee for shipping. The shipping prices ranged from $1.99 to $9.99, so paying only $5.99 for shipping on an items that 90% off retail is a pretty good deal.
#3 Woot! Deal of the day

Woot's tag line is "One Day, One Deal". Woot was lunched in 2004 and is one of the first online websites to start the "Deal of the Day" platform. Woot offers one product per day until its stock of that item is sold out. If the item doesn't sell out, woot will replace that item at midnight (CST).
At the time of this review, the Woot Deal of the Day was a Stanley 3-in-1 Tripod Flashlight with Mini-Tripod Key chain 2-Pack for $19.99 plus $5 for shipping.
To see how good woot's deals really are, we searched the internet and found the same Stanley 3-in-1 Tripod Flashlight without the Mini-Tripod Key chain at Target for $29.99 and $22.44 at Amazon. Keep in mind that Amazon and Target only offered one unit and they did not have the extra Key chain. So, Woot is offering some real savings.
#4 Newegg
Newegg Daily Deals
Newegg.com offers so many deal of the day items, that we had to add them to the top ten list.
Newegg.com's discounts and savings varried from 30% to 90% off the retail price. All of the newegg Daily Deals offered free shipping, which we love.
Newegg was offering a Nokia N96 Black Unlocked 3G GSM Smart Phone for $349.99 with free shipping. We found the same phone for $429.89 with free shipping at Auroracell.com, for a savings of $79.90.
We did see that Amazon was keeping up with newegg's Daily Deals. For an example, during our review, newegg and amazon listed Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007 Licensed for 3 PCs - Retail, for the same loe price of $79.40 with

Dailycheckout.com, another simple Deal of the Day website, they sell one product every day. If the product sells out, they are done for the day. New products are listed daily at midnight, 12am, eastern standard time.
Daily Checkout listed a number of products for free and charged a flat shipping fee. On the day of our review, dailycheckout.com had a Ultra High Resolution Multicoated UV Filter for Cameras which was listed for free and had a flat shipping charge of $3.99.
We search Amazon and found another Multicoated UV Filter for Cameras for $2.39 plus $5.50 for shipping, that's a savings of $3.90.
We really enjoyed the easy to use website, no bells or whistles, just to the point. You can follow dailycheckout.com on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
When we hit dailycheckout.com's facebook page, we did notice a number of customers that requested refunds on a digital camera and it seems that dailycheckout was working them to resolve these issues. We will continue to monitor this.
#6 Daily Steals - One Deal a Day!

Daily Steals, which is located in Brooklyn, New York offers daily deals on items from Swiss Everything 13 Function Pocket Tools to LED Flashlight & Laser Pointers. Daily Steals is mainly an online bargain shop for electronics.
When we reviewed dailysteals.com, they were offering a New SanDisk 8GB micro SDHC Card for $9.99 plus $5.99 for shipping. We did our search of the net and found the same card for $11.99 + $5.49 shipping at Amazon for a savings of $1.50.
We ranked Daily Steals ahead of ihavetohavethat due to the fact that they offered a number of ways to keep updated with there deal of the day. You can find Daily Steals on Facebook,

Yugster offers a number of deals, from daily offers, yours until gone and a daily watch deal. Yugster will add new daily deals at 6am EST, way to early for us. If you happen to live on the west coast, like us, you can sign up for Yugster's daily emails or login to the site and see the next day's daily deals.
During our review, yugster was offering a daily offer on Lenntek Sonix High Definition Precision Billet Aluminum Earphones for $18.97 with free shipping. The same item was selling for $33.49 (free shipping) on Amazon. We did the math and you would of saved $14.52 with Yugster's Deal of the day!

1SaleaDay.com offers five deal of the day product's in these categories; Wireless, Family, Watches, jewelry and the item of the day.
On our review day, 1SaleaDay.com was offering Velvet Assassin (PC game ~ released on Thursday 30 April 2009) for free with a flat rate of $4.99 for shipping. We did our comparison shopping and found the Velvet Assassin (PC game) at Amazon for $10.99 plus $3.99 for shipping, for a nice savings of $9.99.
1SaleaDay.com wireless deal of the day, 1SaleaDay was offering a AT&T Pantech Duo C810 Dual Slider Quad Band 3G Smartphone for $99 + $4.99 for shipping for a total of $104.98. We searched and found the same AT&T phone for $139.99 on eBay and $267.20 on Pixy Cell. Out of all of reviews this week, this phone had the widest price range, still paying $104.98 versus $139.99, that's a savings of $35.01.
On 1SaleaDay.com family page, 1SaleaDay was offering Fisher Price Little People My First Library, Animal Songs Sing Along Set - Interactive Sound Book with Fun Melodies and 12 Classic Story Books for $9.99 plus $5.99 shipping. We did our searching and found the Fisher-Price "Little people" Early Learning Fun Books on eBay for $19.99 plus $4.95 for shipping, 1SaleaDay had a savings of $8.96.
I have to have that; this site is similar to woot.com. They have one daily deal of the day. If the item sells out, you will have to visit the next day, which is common with these Daily Deal of the day websites.
On the day that we reviewed ihavetohavethat.com we found that there deal of the day was a saving of $1.99. They were listing a three-way car power adaptor for $6.99 and free shipping and Amazon had another three-way car power adaptor for $4.99 + $3.99 shipping at Amazon, so you would of saved $2 bucks.
Per ihavetohavethat's website, the most ihavetohavethat charges for shipping is what they pay for shipping. This is not a bad deal at all, we will continue to monitor this site to see what the shipping prices are.
We didn't like that fact that the we found a blank web page. We were hoping to display there daily deals right here on our site. We will contact ihavetohavethat and see if they have plans to update there RSS feeds.

ChronoShark offers daily deals on all sort of watches. During our review of chronoshark.com, they were offering a "Swiss Legend 21818P-BB-01 Neptune Collection Swiss Made Movement Black IP Stainless Steel 100M Men's Watch", for only $99 bucks plus $5 shipping! The same watch was going for $199 with free shipping on Amazon.
ChronoShark is based in NY and charges sales tax for those that live in NY. We also noticed that ChronoShark and DiamondShark have an overall customer satisfaction rating of 8.62 out of 10. This ratings was obtained via resellerratings.com on December 30th 2009.
